After looking to the Popularity of Nexus 4 among users so A group of Developers in XDA Ported Android L Preview for Nexus 4 which is only available for Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 (2013).
Now Android L Preview is Available for Nexus 4 (unofficial ported).
Android L was just Launched a week back in Google I/O 2014.
Which Now you can flash on Your Nexus 4.
We have tried Android L on Nexus 4 and 5 too.
We didn't Recommend you to Flash it on your Nexus 4. Since its a developers preview and have bugs and problems and most important note for Nexus 4 is that its a Ported one so have more bugs then Official Developers Preview.
